I respect your views about not outsourcing. You would like to keep your development and Support team in-house. Outsourcing does not only mean you will get cheap labor, thousands of miles away from US with no guarentee of quality work. Yes due to the strong US currency outsourcing has got the name of cheap labor to a country like India. But we have laws, rules and regulations in place to provide our clients with same amount of value and reliability they are getting in the US. We just act as an extension to your team. We are not replacing your team. A product based company always has small work off and on for which your internal resources have a negative feel, with the amount of time, labor, training, and capitol required. That is when an offshore vendor comes in place. It is not always cheap resources miles away with no guarentee of quality work. Thank you.

Outsourcing Guru

Yes, I agree with Adam. Outsourcing to foreign countries gives no guarantee of good quality of service. Most often, outsourced laborers are far more competitive and highly skilled than the native workers. They tend to give their best effort to deliver good service since they were given an opportunity to earn more than what they expect.
